New ESG requirements, rising energy demands and stricter regulations – the property market is facing a massive transformation. While some investors are deterred by increasingly complex regulations, others recognise the opportunities: sustainable buildings, innovative financing solutions and new living concepts could completely redefine the market. But who really benefits from this development?
Gabriel Khodzitski and Josef Girshovich analyse how the market will change in the coming years. Which regulatory measures will set new standards? Which properties will be in demand in the future? And how can investors use sustainability not only as a cost factor, but also as a driver of returns?
