Gabriel Khodzitski is the founder and CEO of PREA Group. He has been involved in transactions and developments worth over €3.5 billion, including real estate portfolios, data centers with over 100 MW and solar sites with a total of 2 GWp.
At PREA, he manages an interdisciplinary team of architects, consultants, developers and data scientists who use data-based insights to help clients make better investments. Together, they develop new perspectives on real estate as part of dynamic ecosystems and devise strategies that combine economic success with long-term social impact.

Dr. Josef Girshovich is the founder of GIRSHO, a strategic management consultancy. He has been advising entrepreneurs and companies in the areas of strategy, business development, public affairs and positioning for many years. As the author of several books and a lecturer in communication management at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences, he combines business thinking with a scientific perspective.
