Gabriel Khodzitski is Founder, Investor and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PREA.
He is responsible for the management of the operative business, especially in the areas of investments, transaction and project development. In 2017, Gabriel was both, idea provider and investor for the software development Oculus and Mercury.
Before his career at PREA, Gabriel worked for BWFD as a managing partner and headed the Real Estate Investment and Development department. Since 2013, he has been primarily responsible for projects such as Parkstadt Karlshorst containing 1,500 apartments and the Berlin portfolio adjustment of IKEA as the largest project development in the history of the Bonava, where 1,700 apartments and 3,500 new jobs are being created today.
With his know-how on project development, Gabriel carries a great deal of responsibility and in his 10-year real estate career has been responsible for more than 6,000 affordable new apartments and 8,000 new jobs in Berlin. A large part of the projects are held by municipal housing associations on a long-term basis.
